    Door Seal to big

    ^^^ This I was going to suggest lubing the weatherstrip (especially at the hinge side) with something. I smeared a thin layer of Vaseline on the door where it makes contact with the seal to get my doors to shut at all.

    The last few brake jobs I had done on late model stuff it seems like factory brakes last way longer than my older vehicles. Front brakes on my square used to last like 30K or so, my wife's 2017 suburban had 112K miles when I dd the brakes last month. The rotors were still flat and not warped...

    Stuck Hood

    When I started my restoration my hood hadn’t been opened since 2008. I was able to get it open a few inches and soaked the hinges in WD-40 and some ATF. After a few hours of gentle wiggling and a few more shots of oil it loosened up enough to start opening regularly.

    I’d gamble the Pink wire coming from the DS frame is the sending unit wire for the gas gauge, I believe it goes to the bulkhead

    Here’s a picture from when I took mine apart, I think it went over the PS frame and back through a grommet in the frame to the switch (not totally sure that was correct though)

    Pretty sure this is how mine was IIRC the grommet for that harness actually is a female-female 4 prong plug.

    You can always add in resonators if the in cab drone is too much for you. I tried two different mufflers on my jeep and even the mellower of them (flowmaster hush power) was intolerable on the freeway 1600-2200 RPM range.
