Found this site and seen all the good info on here so i had to join. So far ive found alot of cool ideas for my 79 dually that ive named the "big bitch".

Thanks 78 c10bigten. It originally had the cruise control but some of the parts are m.i.a. now and the intermittent wipers would be ALOT better if they worked right. Lol they tend to go off at random times and sometimes wont shut off unless you shut the truck off. Ive replace the dash switch and took the motor apart and cleaned the gum out of the park switch but still does it.

Mine do to. Try the illusive intermittent wipr module under the dash...

Its missing the the that mounted to the the the speedo cable goes into and out of. Transducer i beleive is the name of that part. I also had to remove the vacuum servo because it wouldnt clear the valve covers i put on it. I had planned on modifying the bracket to it so it will clear the valve cover.

I also had the same valve cover issue... i swapped engines with a stock 350 that had short covers so i put it back on. Mines all together but dont work.
