What are the largest tries that I can fit under a 6 inch lift. 37s or can I go bigger. I won't offroad. Maybe 38.5 I don't want to trim.

You want 38.5 inch tires and you aren't off-roading haha? It depends on the brand of tire but 35's will probably be the best fit, you can maybe squeeze 36's probably with trimming though, your rims make a difference also. If you want that big of tires I would consider a body lift also and new gears, depending on what you have gears already, otherwise it's gonna have no power.

I have a 6 inch lift on my truck. It was my DD for 10 years. I ran 36's on mine. I will be replacing them with 35's. My fenders are not trimmed and never will be. I could run 38's but would have to trim. I am not sure but I would try 37's on my truck without trimming. I also have my tires mounted on stock Chevy rally wheels. The rims, their width and back spacing, make all of the difference.

Be aware that you will have to do some other things to your truck to run a 6 inch lift. They include a raised steering arm, longer brake lines, different shocks, drive shafts lengthened, and probably a gear change as well.:)

37's for sure, but quite possibly 38'5's if you're not aggressive.
@89Suburban, I think you're thinking of 4in lift buddy. 35's will go fairly well with 4in lift. Of course if getting very very aggressive, wheel offset might matter a bit.

Idk for sure but I'm going to try some 37s and should be able to get away with it. I'm going to run stock rally wheels who knows. Might order a set of 38s. I might pull a trailer though. I think it's got 4.56s in it. If not that's what will go in it because that's what I have

Keep us posted and please put some pics up if you go with the 37's. I am interested in seeing how close they are to the fender wells. My guess is that you won't have any clearance problems.

I am thinking about this combo eventually.:)

The key here is going to be the wheel offset than more anything I do believe. 37s will be fine, but on the wrong wheel, NO GOOD.

I have 37s with a 6" lift and I won't have any rubbing issues although I won't wheel it either...

Here is my 85 with a 6'' lift and 35s. They hardley rubbed, unless it would really flex, but that was RARE. the trim was never messed up from when it would flex.

That is a good looking Brown truck. I like the clean look with MT wheels.

Another vote for 37's. Will fit easily and will look good on your rig.
