Need a transmission recommendation builder in Phoenix 700R4 will not shift

[1986Chevy]

So I bought an 86 Silverado last summer with a tired 5.7 and a 700R4 had a local shop install a 383 and had a reputable transmission shop here in Phoenix rebuild transmission with supposedly corvette servos the 3rd and 4 gear pack and back to the transmission shop for the 3rd time only miles on it are test drive miles less than 100 the last time it blew trans fluid everywhere while they were test driving it after they rebuilt it again. They sent it back to the motor shop a mess and said not their problem fast forward they refunded all monies paid but I still need a transmission shop here in Phoenix any recommendations appreciated .,,
