Speedhut speedbox not working right

[1984 Chevy k20]

Hello, so I have tried every which way and I just can’t seem to get it sorted out, so I got a Speedhut speedbox wired up to my PCS TCM2000 transmission controller and it just does not want to work and I have tried everything I could think of to get it cooperate with eachother, when monitoring the TCM it’s reading the correct MPH but the speedo won’t move and or will just kinda twitch and once and a while shoot up to like 15 mph and that’s it, but when I plug the gps back in works okay, but the speedo kinda bounces around and is never really 100% accurate and I’m just at a dead end on what to do

I haven’t contacted them yet as I have been fixing other stuff on the truck but now this Speedo is the last I’m having a problem with, and their closed till monday

Speedhut is the company and the speedbox is a little box you can buy if say, you wanna keep mechanical gauges but have a new style drivetrain, it’s to take the vss signal most modern drivetrains have and turn it into a mechanical drive for old speedometers that most of the sqaurebodys and frankly every old car with a mechanical drive speedometer
