Fuel pressure? I always forget to check that. Sometimes a rich smell can come from lean missfires.

All ECTs are not the same value wise or testing. I was lucky I usually had access through work to a scanner and could read the temps it said. Do some research online,as to how to test yours. Look at the wires and connector first so you know the colors and number of wires.

Ordered a new one and shows the exact same reading on multi meter as the one in the truck so the search continues

I don't know that EFI in detail off the top of my head. Does it have 8 injectors and av9th cold cold start injector?

@ricko 8 injectors….Ok I think I made some headway. So the MAP connector is supposed to supply 5v and mine is supplying 0.0. Put a pin through wire and only pulled 1.06v. Checked EGR and that was getting 5v. Now need to see why being dragged down.

Another update. All sensors appear to be working, did a vacuum smoke test and no leaks. I’ll just deal with 5mpg until HS football is over, son loves driving it to practice.
