I’m going to say yes, mostly because any POS is worth $3000-$4000 in today’s market.

Something doesn’t look right on the bed. I doesn’t seem right that you can see so much through the wheel openings, it’s almost like the bed floor and wheel tubs are gone.

Based on the screenshots I say yes. Ask for more pics or a 360° video. Surely needs some $$ and work but could be a nice rig.

The market for someone with $6-7k and the desire and talent to make that ugly ass truck into something nice is really small.
Maybe worth it in the rust belt. But too many nice trucks out here to give that truck near that much value unless your beergoogles and mullet are stronger than your common sense.

Making sure the frame is straight would be a good place to start. Appears to have plenty of room underneath to check.

Was gonna say. That's a $2500-3k truck here and they're all over the place

As funky as it's looking, is the engine / trans even in it?

This truck would attract a certain group which are the fake country kids in high school
Nah, they’re busy looking for cat-eye GMT800s to put American Force wheels on.

As for the truck in the OP, I’d personally offer a maximum of $3200, and that’s only after I confirmed the body has more steel than bondo. From the pics, I can see a cheap paint job (implement paint perhaps?), a wacky stance and cheap aftermarket wheels.

ETA: I decided my first hypothetical offer was too high.
