I thnk what 89S has is farily generic out of Haynes manual. The Haynes doesn't specify year spedicifics. It might work for you or might not. I've not been impressed with those generic diagrams.

Thanks 89S, But there not giving me any pin out descriptions, connecter views, Just a pretty basic diagram.

Retro I am sure that would do what I am needing, But I hate books lol.
I guess I could add that vehichle to my Alldata account but I would have to add 2.

Remember when I bought the I/P Cluster from you for a 90-91 Suburban? Well you were kind enough to leave a portion of the pig tail on it, Now I am trying to figure out which of those wires does what? Any chance you have another one at your house that you could look at for me, and maybe we can figure this **** out togather? Also the Truck is an 85 Only reason I need that is for the ignition switch, I have to power the Vortec fuse boxes on the ignition side. I am sure i could just test the ignition wires on the truck to figure out which ones are Batt., Ignition HOT, and IGNITION RUN AND CRANK. But I was hopeing to just look at the Diagrams before hand, Call me crazy but I like wiring and I like to be able to understand the paths that it takes.

I don't have another. However, if you can get me some good pics of the back and I'm sure we could figure it out. :waytogo: I know much of it is similar to my S10 and should be easy to figure out the rest.

Hmmm...Most GMs use the same ignition switch. I DO have an electrical manual for the 1985 RWD Oldsmobiles.

I have all the GM factory diagrams for an 87, I can take a look for you, assuming the ignition wiring is the same.

I lied. You need like 30 pages out of the factory manual to even make sense of the diagrams. That, and half the wires go to the fuse box in the diagrams, with no way to trace them from there that I can find.

I was hoping these would be more useful...

lol yea they probably are but it has been a LONGGGGGG time since I have had to mess with anything on automobiles that was NOT OBD II (multifunction switch). Hell I cant even remember for sure what the Ignition switches use to look like lol

Neener fuggin Neener, I got the GM 1986 for 10-30 Series CK Pick-UPs, G Vans and P model Wiring Diagrams in Tri Fold pages. Prolly what you need and I think will work for 84-86. Just a matter of scanning the section you need.
