Snow tires for lifted trucks

I'm looking into my options for at least 33 inch tall snow tires. I can't seem to find any options for 15 inch rims though, only 31's. If I bump up to 16's I can find 33's for a couple of the brands I like. I'm wondering if I should go with 17's instead? Are 16's still popular with good tire options? Or is it dying out?

Do they make 35 inch snow tires? I'm looking for dedicated snow tires. Like the Firestone winter forces or the Bridgestone blizaks, a couple others I've considered.

I went with Falken Wildpeak AT3's on my truck because they had the Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) symbol. A lot of A/T tires don't have this rating. I see some snow, but the truck was not running last year, so we'll see how it goes this winter.

They do have 15" sizes in 31, 32, 33 and 35's.

I've been very happy with the cooper discoverer ST Maxx. I have them on my Cummins in a metric equivalent to a 35x12.5 and I also have them on the Burb in a 31x10.5x15. They are made in a 33" tall and are M+S rated. Looks like they are studable too, not 100% sure though.

I put these on my Dodge and they handled great in the snow. I recommend them highly. LT285\70R17.

I've run both the BFG KO2 AT tires and Goodyear Duratracs as dedicated winter tires. The Duratracs you can even stud. You can get 33"s with 15" rims with both types of tires. They have the mountain snowflake symbol also.

If you are only driving on the road and not going for a big wide tire to try and float on top of the snow when off roading the BFG comes in a 33x10.50R15 (skinny tire). There are advantages to a skinnier tire in winter sometimes.
