I had more then that in it. I bought it for $500 and it didn't run and was all different crappy colors. I purged the fuel system and it ran fine lol. They ran it out of gas and had it vapor locked in the fuel system. Only thing I had to do was interior, paint job, brakes and shocks, all the shots were shot, and all the struts for the hood and trunk were shot too. The wiper motor was junk and the PS pump too. Even put in a new FP before I sold it.

I should have done what my old man said, put the 350 that I dropped in the monte ss in the camaro with the 5 speed and put the 2.8 and computer in the monte carlo and put an auto or something in it.

nxt, that's one nice Camaro. Ever since I was a kid I've liked them. If I was ever to own a car I'd like to get one of those and fix it up nice. Sorry 'bout the SB though, that's a real bummer.

Thanks....With a little TLC, it should be a sweet car....Just slapped a 30 day tag on it, but now the weather sucks and I really don't want to go driving......

-If you ever come across a set of 92 Z28 wheels or a set of 16" IROC wheels in nice condition, give me a shout....I'm going to go try my luck at the swap meet this weekend, but I would love to find a set to replace these.....The PO didn't take very good care of the rims........

I'll show off some pics soon, although they aren't much to look at. I do have some extra sets of IROC wheels, but I'm not sure I want to get rid of any of them. I'll try to remember to keep you in mind though.

This is the '84. Needs a motor, tranny, interior and LOTS of underbody rust repair. The wife want's it to be blue.

The '86. It's the play toy, with a built 350 TPI and a T56 6-speed. And working AC too.

And the '88. It's currently sanded down to get a coat of real primer. The PO made the car look like a POS.
