ISO Rust patch panels for rear doors

I am working on a square body suburban. All doors badly rusted. I have found inner door repair panels for front doors but have not seen anything for the rear doors. Does anyone know if these are even available?

I don't remember if lower skins were available for the rear doors, but I'm nearly positive that inner lower doors were/are not available.
