@1990Jimmy - it came with the rear backing plate for an electric speedometer, but mine used a cable.
Long story short, if you go this route and decide you want my backing plate for the electronic speedo, you can have it. After that, I believe you would need a small fuel gauge for the side cluster, the tach itself and the little pigtail that goes with it, and the printed circuit for the back. The kit came with the little metal clips that go in the backing plate that the gauge studs push through to make contact with the printed circuit (and also hold the circuit in place) but it’s possible that you could reuse them.
