As you can see from the pic of the carb too... not adjustable.
No sight ports, no adjustments. Ha. Id hate it to be a needle issue.

You adjust the float with a gauge on the inside before assembly, needle and seat are in the kit, the 4165 is different from the 4160/4150.

All the pictures I have seen show a metal plate on the "inside" that cover the needle and seat. Mine is a white plastic covering. Looks like the plastic they put over newer door latch assembly for "rain"/anti-theft. just way smaller, ha.

Ok, just checked. I know my O'Reilly's has a rebuild kit of some kind. Two of them, not sure if either are the 4165 that I need.... but just in case, they do have the needle kit in stock.

If you look on the right just above the bowl gaskets you'll see two brass dealios, those are the seats, like I said that carb is different, lol.

Get a Holley kit not that off brand ****, most of them don't have the ethanol proof gaskets and rubber.

Early carbs had metal shields then they went to plastic, either works just as good just have to be more careful not to break the plastic ones..

Always easier said than done, especially when its been sitting in gasoline for god know how long. Haha.

Go and figure, that no one local carries the 37-605 kit.
