They're not Dumbo mirrors. They are the well known common chrome backed Paddle mirrors, seen most commonly on a real man's truck. :roflbow:

So is your plow truck an auto trans or SM465 manual trans truck 76GMC???

See and I've never heard them called "paddle" mirrors either until you said that term. To me that makes me think of a mirror you'd put on your paddle when going white water rafting in your kayak or something....

For real? You use rear view mirrors when you go rafting??? Hmmmm, you gave me an idea though. I never realized how important that could be. I am going to get rich now buddy. I am going to invent a hat for water skiers with mirrors on both sides, so as they are skiing, they can see behind them. I wonder if snow skiers would be attracted to that idea too? :roflbow:

Ohhh and how about a belt with 3 lights on it. Yellows on the left and right hip for turn signals, and a red one at the ass crack for a brake light. Battery pack in the front !!! I'm gonna make millions !!!

It'll be about time this damn dumbo mirror conversation pays off. Hat with a chin strap, with 2 chrome rods off each side for 3 in mirrors on each, say about the size of what Old has on his truck. And a light bar belt with turn signals and brake light. Step up to the deluxe model, and get 5in mirrors with a secondary 1in blind spot convex. What will I do with all the money??? I'm applying for the patent today.

Thanks for the welcomes!

I'd like a very small percentage of the royalties just for asking the question. I will only need a small percentage because this will be so popular that it will sell billions of dollars worth. :)

So is your plow truck an auto trans or SM465 manual trans truck 76GMC???

Thanks for the answers! What does that make my mirrors then? Are they OEM?

The truck has an automatic in it. I wish it was a manual! It has all 8 bolt wheels all the way around, with a funky rear axle.

I am sure Old77 will come up with a name for those mirrors you got too. :flipthebird:
