I was going to go 6 inch, but might of found a set of 39.5inch boggers. I know the 6inch is pretty much bolt on and I an use my existing drive shafts. If I go 8inch what would I have to the steering, drive shafts.

It's going to be about the same really. While the stock shafts probably fit with a 6 inch lift, they will be too short for real offroad use. I run a stock front shaft with 4 inch lifts, it is just barely long enough for how I use the truck. I ended up having a longer rear shaft made for my Burb too. For steering you would need a raised steering arm and a dropped pitman arm. Unless you want to convert to crossover steering.

Generally an 8 inch lift will ride a bit rougher too.

Yep, count on driveshafts and steering for either kit. You'll also probably need brake hoses.

Definitely better off going 6" and trimming some.

I'm going to have a 2inch body lift as well because of the c10 body being put on a k10. I'll need the room for the t case! What's the biggest tire I could fit with a 6inxh suspension and 2 inch body? Pictures would be nice...

How does cross over steering work. And how could I make it or do you buy it? And where do you get your drive shafts made?

I have a mock-up pic of those tires on my Blazer, I'm not sure what the lift is though. I know it's 6" at the most. I just have shafts made/modified at a local driveline shop, they know what they are doing and they are very fair priced.

I wouldn't mind taking mine there if they don't work!
