1977 K30 rarity

Hey all wasnt sure where to stick this post…Wanted insight from you guys who know far more than i do! How scarce would a 77 K30 Cheyenne 4 speed truck be?? Just snagged one I couldn’t pass up when i found it.

I believe that 77 is the first year for a Dana60 equipped K30. Some of these other users probably know more about that than me. It's a recipe for a great truck regardless.

None of these trucks are rare really, some are just hard to find. The only real "rare" ones are the appearance package models, like the chalet. They made so many of these trucks.

Well, they weren't rare when new. But they are scarce now. Most of them were work trucks that got used up and then discarded years ago when they had little to no value.
