Thats it! You can get it at Wal-Mart and Loewes if you don't want to pay shipping. It works really well for broad coverage stuff. In my case I basically hosed the entire underside of the cab and then covered that with 3M undercoat (three coats actually). I haven't seen any sign of rust since then. Which means I'll hit a big bump next spring and the entire cab will come loose from the frame LOL
Haha, I'm sure I can find it at the Home Depot down the street here and the spray foam too. Thanks man.

My old 40 Cadillac that I had they used brass! It looked like the guy was a plumber and just used what he had on hand. This was on the pontoon front fenders where the entire outer fender had rusted clean away

Its hard to see in the photo but there was also about four inches of Bondo on top of the other atrocities they commited.
The spray foam would actually work really well for filling in the larger holes because you can make a pattern for the outer panel with duct tape. When the foam hardens you remove the tape, them file the foam to shape. You can them lay a thick layer of fiberglass cloth and resin on top of that. Its amazing the lengths I will go to to avoid buying a welder LOL

Im just gonna throw this idea out there... I've had a few beers.

Get as many gallon cans of bondo 100 bucks will buy, pack all the holes and rust with bondo. Sand it all to shape and get a cheap ass macco paint job, put that bitch on Craigslist.

:birgits_tiredcoffee Have you some coffee, then come back with another suggestion. That sounds like a fix from south of the US border. Thats why I refer to bondo as Mexican Paydoh. :yucky:

Its just such a shame to see you busting your ass on that thing when this thing is sitting at my parents house. Completely rust free and ready to drop onto your frame.

Or my 88 thats sitting in a covered shop. Rust Free other than surface rust where the clear coat came off of it. I want that burb at your mom and dads. Its got buckets and has the 6.2 in it. Tell your dad, some dude is coming to pick it up. Tell them he is trading you some 305 exhaust manifolds for it. :roflbow:
