Which tank straps do I need?

This is for a 1973 K10 short bed with the 16 gallon dual tanks.

Looking at this diagram here:

I need parts 3, 4, and 15.

My question is what is the deal with part number 14? Those are tank straps but I thought the tank straps come with parts 3 and 4 (the tank mounts).

What am I missing here? Just want to make sure I order the right parts.

Nevermind, I think this was a stupid question.

Pretty sure those are the tank straps minus the mounts in case you only need straps. Forgive me for being obtuse.

I always have a LMC catalogue in my shop if I need to look up something. Not 100% precise but close enough.

I bought a set for my single tank from LMC and they are cheap. One of the threaded rods snapped just as I started tightening it with a hand held ratchet. Luckily I had a real long one at my work so modified it to work.
