Bought a hyper tough grinder the other day since my skil branded one quit. I hope it lasts longer than 1 year compared to the skil i am only sharpening lawn mower blades with it.

Someone on here mentioned Tekton tools a while back and I have heard other good things about them as well. Today I ordered a ratchet set to see what I think about them. I was down to one working 1/4 drive ratchet and I really like the flex head ratchets so what the heck, time to try it out. If I like it, I can get a discount on more stuff from them and they make some pretty complete sets it looks like. https://www.tekton.com/flex-quick-release-ratchet-set-srh99111

I will post back up when I get them and get a chance to know them better ;)

Snap ring tool for the center support snap ring on a 6L80e... it’s required for a rebuild and the correct one costs $200 dollars(not gonna happen), so I went to ace and got a set of garden shears for $20... 5 minutes on the bench grinder and voila!

I recently got another tool box the need for organization is strong. I saw where Fifth Street Fab Works was making trays for wrenches so a friend and I jumped on the wagon and ordered a few. The racks are top notch and he was willing to make custom wrench counts and tray sizes.

If you are looking for something like this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Fifth Street Fab Works

My cherry picker ram has leaked since I got it so I used this as an excuse to get an air over hydraulic ram to replace it from harbor freight. Also ordered one of their one drawer tech carts to try out also. I’ll snap some pics when I get them and put it all together.

I was needing a good standard set of wrenches. I have a nice craftsman set of metrfic wrenches I got off Amazon. So I thought I'd look on there for the standard set.

I went to Napa for the lights and a new belt. While he was getting me some new longer 5/16-18 bolts for the fan I was looking around. Andx I'll be dammed they had one set of craftsman standard ratcheting wrenches. Sold!

Best part is when I got them to the counter he said they were on sale for $75. **** Yeah!
