What are these and can they be eliminated after…

Hey guys. I’m super excited to finally be at the end of this beautiful mess that I had cleaned up. I have ran into some things I’m not to sure if they are even needed let alone if I can eliminate them or just need to replace them. I went from old fuse box with the glass fuses to a 21 circuit blade fuse box with all new wires. I’m down to the dash portion and I have something’s im not sure what they are for. I’ll post pics and if anyone could tell me what the are or what joy I would appreciate it a million.

Looks like the factory delay module in my '79.

Edit:
Or maybe my '77... it's hard to tell without seeing the plugs. But it looks factory, wire colors and all.

so there was suppose to be more then the one pic to be uploaded on that post. It does look like a switch of something however I’m not to sure. When I looked it up nothing came up but a voltage meter of some sort. I will post more pictures of the other things. Thanks for all ur help
