I have an 83 c10 with a 96-00 350 vortec engine (10243880) has the 83 v belt drive on it. I bought a serpentine setup from a buddy off what he said was a 94 5.7 to install on this engine. I got all the brackets, alternator, old water pump and he gave me a new water pump with it and a/c delete pulley. The problem im having is that I went to take off the serpentine pulley off the old pump and install in on the new one yesterday and it does not fit and I got to looking and the new pump is for a v belt drive.

So does anyone have a part number for a reverse rotation water pump for a serpentine drive that does not have the 2 heater outlets on top of it and still have the bypass port on the passenger side?

Well I pulled the cover off the new pump just to see the direction of the impeller and its the same as the serpentine pump. So I guess my only question is now is what pulley do I need to fit it?

Looks like a hodge podge. That old water pump is for a '96+ vortec. And that smooth pulley looks way too small, but maybe that's just how it looks in the pic.

Quit messing around with the pumps an pulleys that He give you and just order in a water pump for an 88 to a 94.
It appears from looking at that Delco pulley, that they bused that same pulley on a lot of the 454s, 350 and 4.3s so, once the proper pump is in hand, the pulley you have with them parts should fit.
