Yep, lesson learned the hard way, we did resolve the problem though, lol..

Well, first of all, a 1406 is setup for economy. And it's more than just a jetting change over the 1405. As I recall, the boosters and some other components are different. Below is the Performer Series carb owner's manual. I'd read pages 2-17, then check out pages 22-23 for 1406 calibration charts.
