If I lift my 78 k10 6" up front and 5" in the rear will I have enough clearance for 37" tires?

A lot depends on the brand of tire and the rim size, but in short, yes. Very minor trimming might be needed.

Yep. As bucket said. All depends... and how hard you'll be wheeling, twisting and flexing will determine how much trimming you MIGHT need to do. If you're crawling the mall, you'll be just fine as is wo trimming.

Sure can like Bucket and Hotrod explained. But if your gonna be using it like i would id either run 35's to know im good or do some trimming just to be safe. But you should be fine I had a 79 scottsdale with 10" of lift with 40x12.50x15 and had no problems with scrubbing unless I was jumping it.
