I can't say about the spacer for under the tbi, but the little plastic one for the injector pod is a good upgrade.

There's a few places that sell winch bumpers. I think the best looking ones are made by Buckstop... but they are pricey. Over $1200 IIRC.

The spacer? I bought mine from the local Jeg's store several years back, it was less than 20 bucks at the time.

It actually lets more air flow into the TB, since there's more space between the injector pod and TB. It doesn't make a drastic improvement, but for the cost and ease of install, every little bit helps. When you combine all the small improvements that can be done, there's a big difference in power.

I installed the spacer, bumped the timing, deleted the smog pump and EGR, tuned it up with quality plugs/wires, and installed headers and duals. It certainly ***** and gits compared to a stock motor.

We had a discussion on here way back about spacers and their functions that led to me asking one of my Dads friends from back in the day. I wanna say its UTI that this guy is working for, either way he knows his **** and is balls deep in the industry.

I asked him what throttle body spacers actually do and he said the extra area in the plenum give better performance when you snap the throttle open since there is extra volume in the plenum. After that initial boost of performance it will be flowing fuel and air the same as it would without the spacer.

Right, but lets not confuse the TB spacer with an injector pod spacer. They do two completely different things.

Thanks. I'll peep on their site. I like cheap and simple little tweaks sometimes.
