Post here about parts that you bought from aftermarket vendors for your truck that are exceptionally good, or horribly bad.

The flexible vent that feeds the passenger vent from the main ac vents from LMC TRUCK is a piece of crap.

It doesn't fit. Same size (4") as local hardware flexible vent tube that also doesn't fit.

Going to send it back and rube up hardware flexible vent tube.

LMC Premium 73-80 fenders and Triplus steel cowl hood fit nicely and both seem to be of high quality.
This was a test fit with only 5 minutes or so to shim it in.
Fenders LMC# 38-9762-T, 38-9763-T
Hood LMC# 38-9535-T

They didn't skimp on packing either.

Try scat or sceet tube. It’s not inexpensive but they may have the size you need.

My truck is beyond clean but a leaking battery disintegrated the inner fender on the passenger side. I bought a new repop from these guys -

- and the fit and finish were OE and perfect. The front support was also rusted into pretty good from the battery, so I intend on getting that and possibly a bed floor (PO drilled about 12-16 1" holes in mine for a 5th wheel) from them in the Spring.

Dash panel molding I paid $80 for from Classic Parts of America. Silver accent line rubbed off on my hands and smeared on my dash while I was installing it. I had to use acetone to get all of the silver off the dash pad. Emailed customer service and they said sometimes you have to clear coat before installation. I told them I didn't think I should have to clear coat a new part I paid $80 for, not was there any instructions to. They only offered to sell me another one at $20 off. I ended up cleaning it all off and redoing it with a paint pen.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm glad to hear these fit well. I have a set waiting in my garage that I'll prime, paint, and install on my '78 K20 as soon as I finish my engine swap.
