I'm currently upgrading my '84 GMC's TH350C with a Transgo shift kit and while I have the pan off I'm replacing the TCC solenoid, the modulator, detent cable, basically as much as I can realistically replace without taking the trans out and going through it. I want to replace the governor pressure switch and from what I can see I don't think the correct one is installed as it's labelled 33 PSI in white lettering. Everything I read on the internet says it should be roughly 50psi. Not to mention my wiring harness that goes to it has two wires crimped together in one spade, while this switch has two prongs.
Anyone know which one would be correct to replace it with?
