A local guy about 4 hours away has listed a super t10 with the wide ratio 2.42 first gear. I've been looking for a super t10 to swap into my truck but I wanted to ask if the wide ratio super t10 is a good trans to put behind a 383. It seems that some people disregard them completely in their hunts for the close ratio muncies or Borg warners. Plus, our dollar is complete garbage right now and is almost $600 less then the 2-3 next super t10s I find in the classified. Any input would help, thanks.
