Hi everybody. I lowered my truck a little while ago. 2.5 drop spindles and 1 inch drop springs. Right side is an inch lower. Then springs look to be seated the same. I can’t figure out what is causing it. Any ideas?

Move your girlfriend to the middle seat?

Please forgive me. I don't know you well enough to goof around with you, but that hanging curve ball... I just had to.

On a more serious note, is there anything you can see or measure like the distance from the control arm to the frame, or the axle to the frame? Trying to figure out if it's springs or some other component. Is it the same front to back or one sits lower than the other?

Some pictures of the suspension components might help.

Did you tighten the the control arms under load? If not the bushings could be binded and prevent it from settling down. If you say the coil is sitting right in the perch then idk.

Hah. I’m not easily offended it’s all good. I went over everything. I measured all over the place and can’t find where it is. I actually had a thought a few minutes ago that maybe the body is actually sitting lower. Like a smashed mount. I’m checking that tomorrow. Otherwise I’m stumped.

I appreciate that, really, but I got bit previously trying to fun around with someone. Now I always add a disclaimer.
