Side markers

Do the side markers blink with the turn signal on the front and if not has anyone wired it that way 82 C10

Can't remember if my 86 did, but both my 74's blink..

I read somewhere:

Lights off: blinks in sync with blinkers
Lights on: blinks out of sync with blinkers

Yes, they flash opposite (out of sync) from the front turn markers. Headlights on or off, they blink the same ......and my square is an 84'
