350 TBI, TH400. So, when I stomp 'er down, she downshifts just fine but if I hold throttle WFO, it hits about 55 mph, and will slightly sputter & won't shift into 3rd unless I let of the throttle slightly. The only part I have not replaced on TB, is the tps. Could that be the issue, or the modulator? Any help will be appreciated! Also, is there any advantage to the adjustable modulators? I've never messed with mine, but assuming it is a stock GM.
