Not factory in the slightest. Not sure what they were doing lol.

That extra piece of flat strap needs to be gone. Then there should be shouldered bolts that go straight in the floor.

What year is the truck? That is definitely not factory and definitely not safe. I have several trucks around here I can get you pictures of if you can tell me what year to look for
