I used to purchase from Rockauto. My last purchase was for about 1500$ worth of suspension and engine parts, for 3 of my cars. I received (among many other things in a box 3'x4'x1') the shocks for my chevy square body 4x4, the rear shocks did not fit. The front ones, one fit and the other did not. fresh unopened boxes, the correct part numbers on the boxes AND on the shocks, which did not match each other.... Rockauto would not accept fault for that. their reply was 'we did nothing wrong, and you did nothing wrong, so we will split the shipping cost with you'.... It cost me to return the wrong parts to them, they supplied to me. Last time I will buy any thing from them. As a business owner myself for 23 years, in a family business that's been in business since 1962, I would NEVER sell something to a customer, only to make it cost them if MY supplier messed up. That is the cost of doing business. A reputable business will STAND BEHIND what they sell !!! Heads up guys and gals.
