I pulled my trans thinking that it had went out but upon seeing that it was in good shape i turned my attention to the 208. cracked it open and found one heck of a mess on the magnet. Looks like the input bearings went and allowed the shaft to slide forward and start grinding into the case. I'm still lost as to why it stopped transmitting power. gear slid all the way out of the planetary? anyways my question is whether or not this thing is rebuildable. I know for certain i will need a new input shaft.

I recommend shopping for a 205 cheap to rebuild instead.
