Rear pillar panel / seat belt bolt

I would like to repaint all my interior plastics soon. Looking at the rear pillar where the seat belt bolts to the cab, in order to remove the pillar panel, this obviously has to come off. In doing so, is this bolt independent or do you risk loosening it and then hearing a nut or plate falling down into the frame?

the backing plate is welded to the cab.

Thanks Retro. I hope so, I will try it and cross my fingers that I don't hear a "clank" during removal!
