How wide is the opening on the front and rear fenders? I really don't want to trim if I don't have to but I'd love to get full travel out of the front and rear.

Yup. I want to order some tires and trying to see how big I can fit stock. Uptravel is the name of the game!

When i bought my 85 k25 pickup it was stock height with 33x12.50x16.5 tires and they would rub the back of the fender. It never damaged the fender or the tire but i always tried to avoid situations that would make it hit.

I now have 6 inches of lift and 35x12.50.16.5`s and they still hit but it takes way more articulation to make them hit.

I tried to measure the opening on my fenders but the tires are in the way but it`s about 37 inches in the front and 39 in the rear give or take an inch.

I plan on polishing my wheels tomorrow so i`ll get an exact measurement when i have the wheels off if you still need it.

Thanks, that's pretty much what I was fearing. Looks like its either time to start trimming or get some fiberglass. I got spoiled with the Dodge's being able to fit a 37 on stock wheels and have no rubbing at angle of steering or articulation.
