I've got 2 problems and I'm not sure where to start.

First after about 5-10minof driving my lights start turning on and off and so do my windshield wipers. (Only if they are turned on by me first)

Second there is a wired sound coming from the engine bay at around 2000rpm that I can only describe as a light fluttering sound. It is silent at idle but there is a vibration that gets worse the longer you sit to take its place.

Thanks in advance for any help you provide.

The lights and wipers sound like a loose electrical connector or a ground that needs tightened.

It seems to me like something is overheating if I turn them off for a minute or two then it works fine for another 5-10min. I'll check my connections just to be sure tho.

Above. As far as the windshield wipers go, move to the western Texas panhandle....you wan't need em! I have chased noises and bumps from under the hood that turned out to be the little mud flap deals between the wheel wells and frame. They don't explain a vibration though??
