planning to rewire

hey yall i plan redoing all my wiring and instrument cluster. are those wiring harnesses from summit good to use along with those dakota instrument clusters?
also to redo all my headlight wiring and taillight wiring what all do i need like what guage wire etc...

Either one will work great. I have the EZ Wire EZ21, its a nice harness for not alot of money, I have seen the harness from Speedway Motors and it is nice as well.
