Bought the truck 2 weeks ago. Noticed only one headlight works when on high beams. A friend had the same problem, he replaced the headlights and problem solved. So I did the same, didn't solve the problem. What could the problem be?

Sometimes the pigtail will get corroded, they sell replacements on LMC. If it's the passenger side light there is likely a break or pinch in the wire between the driver side and passenger side harness, since the passenger side feeds from the driver side.

Might be the connector for that bulb being loose. It could be a quick fix (I need to try it on mine). Add some solder to the connection on the bulb itself to make it thicker. Otherwise most parts stores have the connector.

Bad connector, sometimes corroded at plug. Clean and use dielectric grease.
