It's 50 posts. That's a Shaggy rule. Purpose being fraud prevention. We'd kinda feel like we know more about a person after some participation and hope they wouldn't take our money and run like has happened in the past. Of course if someone is an active member on one of Shaggy's other forums in the Fully Driven Network and we know a bit about a person that way, I'd bend a little, but Shaggy is pretty firm on the rule otherwise and for good reason.
