Key off, orange wire, 12v at relay, 12 at the block that goes thru the firewall and 12 at 10am ecmb fuse and 12 at tank. Still no feul at injectors, I can feel the feul line has pressure, it is hard. Can’t believe the filter could b that plugged ! I will pull it off next I guess
