Hey everyone, I am a 21 yr old Fire Fighter my name is Jeff, I drive a 1979 GMC High Sierra Jimmy, Her Name is Ma-Deuce. She has had a face lift from the Original 79 to an 87 Suburban, I have done a few parts that are custom. Take for instant, I have a 3rd row seat, that was cut from the 87 Suburban then welded into the cab of my 79 Jimmy. My Rig started out as an Automatic Transmission, That was pulled out and Placed in 4 Manual Tranny, with a 203 Transfer-case with Detroit Lockers. She has a Rough Country Suspension Lift of 6" and rolls around with out a sway bar. Her tires are 38x15.50R16 8 Lug 6.5. Front Axle is a 1/2 ton with an 8 lug and the back axle is out of a 88 Suburban with 4 wheel drive 3.73 ratio. there are a few parts that I still need but she climbs and kicks it just as hard as my other rig, which is a 73 GMC 2500, standard work truck with 5.7 V8 4 Carb.
