Man those cadences bring back some memories! 1988 at Ft. Benning for 11B-Infantry Basic and AIT...Harmony Church barracks. Came home in the best shape of my life, packed with muscle.

Now apparently I'm part of "the old guard that needs to pull their nuts out of the toilet water"...HAHA!!
