Looking to replace the lower control arms on my 81 C10.

Why? They need ball joints and new bushings. After those costs, and the time to grind and repaint I can get 2 REPO ones for the same price.

My question is, are a C10 truck 73-87 and C10 Suburban 73-91 the same? Some listings are saying no. LMC shows the same part number for both.

Any input is appriciated.

From what i understand they would be the same. you could put 1 ton a arms under it also but they would have a larger ball joint.
