lmc wiring harnesses?

:help: i just bought me a complete wiring harness from lmc for $400 has anyone installed one on a square how difficult or easy are they. thanks for the input a head of time

If it's like an OEM harness, I'd say it should be pretty easy to do. Are you taking a harness out too? I'd just take it out and pay attention to what goes where, and replace it just like you got it out.

It installs just like the Painless, just take your time and be careful with the length.

Haven't done one on a square but I did one over a weekend. Remove the old harness, fix anything under the dash or under that needs it where the wires go while they're out. Take your time and rout the wires in a manner that is clean and functional and matches how the factory routed certain circuits. And then when everything is terminated and plugged in, hook up the battery charger and put it on the lowest voltage setting it has, and then test all the circuits under minimal power so you don't fry the system after all that hard work. Once the low voltage test is done you can then hook up the battery without worry. And when it's all done you will feel good about it.

ok thanks a bunch i do have the old harness in it just its hacked up pretty good. so i guess she what happends pics to come moving back home where its located next weekend

How did the install go. Did you need to do any mods to the harness or body? I'm considering buying the same harness.

never done a lmc but have done the painless a few times just take your time. patience grasshopper. highdesertranger
