Left turn signal crossing fasten seatbelt light

was having issues with my turn signals not working, and found that when I turn the left turn signal on it goes solid and the fasten seatbelt light starts flashing, I’m wondering if someone would know where they could cross or if it’s a different issue?

Another thing I should add is that the left turn signal light goes solid as soon as I turn the headlights on

Being on a printed circuit board I can't imagine them crossing. I wonder if the lens covers are in the wrong spots.

I'd also check the turn signal bulbs outside to see if one is burnt out or not all the way in.

Hopefully some other folks will chime in too.
