Primer/peeling paint, massive brake problems, wonky steering, holes screwed into roof for non-working cab lights, 130k miles (and longbed to boot)... That don't sound like a $7,500 truck even up here in the land of rust. In a place like texas I feel like dudes sell these things in that shape for 500 bucks (exaggerating a little obviously, but 7500 is crazy). Even up here where you're lucky to find something that isn't Swiss cheese and assuming that thing is 100% solid I still wouldn't pay that much- the thing is ugly, broken, and molested. Offer him 3 grand max IMO

Agree ^^^, But it is all up to your decision on how you feel about if you buy it. I'd go there and offer the owner 3500 and see where it goes from there.
