I come to ask the best..
turbo 350 12k miles on the rebuild.
it has a trans go TH350 1+2 kit in it..
I set it up with the FIRM 1-2 shift and left 2-3 stock for towing.
it has worked perfect for 12k miles,, shifted 1-2 to hard really......
one day, i went out and fired it up and the 1-2 shift is soft kinda like stock.. no bang/chirp..
its full of fluid,, dont stink, nice and pink..never been hot, but driven hard and put away wet so to speak.
first gear is solid,, spins the tires,, let it shift to second,, still solid spins the tires.
2-3 is normal like always..
1-2 shift kinda slides to 2nd,, not really? but not bark the tires like it used to...
shifter in 1st, run it up, manuly shift to second and its there not slipping, run it up, shift to 3rd, no slip...
not a single leak anywhere ever...
i want to fix it before i totaly F it up....
something aint right.....
something stuck? maybe a broken spring? under the valve body? acumulator spring broken?
trans dont make any noise,, except for normal first gear whine...
Any idea's as to what i might have broke?
i havent pulled the pan or investigated yet its only 30 out there,, it goes to zero every night, so the ground is frozen solid..
laying on the frozen tundra and taking a fluid bath is the furthest from my mind.....
