You can chase your tail forever if you just throw parts at it. Test and verify, then replace parts.#1 cause of people to junk their TBI system is inability to fix it because they have replaced every sensor and it still doesn't work right. Get the manual and run through the troubleshooting procedure.
I've been running through the procedures listed in the FSM for a few weeks and managed to get rid of all but this issue so far. After driving it today and doing some data stream work with the old OTC, it appears I'm looking at a TPS issue. Whether it's in the wiring or the sensor itself stands to be determined.

Truck is worse now than it was before. Need to set aside more time to troubleshoot, but as of last weekend, everything across the OTC looks normal. Running into issues with a hard start scenario, needing significant throttle input while cranking to get her to light. Once she's up and running, she idles and drives just fine. We shall see

Been driving the truck for a few months since my last post and wanted to update with a fix now that I haven't had the issue for a while. I had ordered a reman ECU to swap in and decided to pull all of the wiring into the bay to inspect for breaks. I FINALLY managed to find a single wire to the iac that must've had enough and finally broke, causing my intermittent issue to become a permanent issue. Erring on the side of caution, I replaced the entire wire from ECU plug to sensor connector and haven't had ANY issues since. Thanks for everyone's input!
