inner fender labels

I'm doing a restoration on my 1984 K10 and will be replacing both front inner fenders. My question is where could I find a copy of the factory build sticker if mine gets destroyed trying to remove it? I can find the others just not the options sticker. Any ideas?

Take a pic and print out a duplicate, or remove...carefully and scan the label?....just a thought.
