no mods that i could tell when i had the wheels off to do the lift kit. the next time i have them off i will take a closer look.

I wonder if thos wheels had to be modded to fit over the front hub, do you see any evidence of that?

They fit without mods, it's just the 6-lug wheels that don't work. Although the 8-lug bolt pattern did change recently, like in '10 or '11.

I think the offset is a little different on the later wheels too. IIRC, the wheel and tires sets about 1 inch deeper into the wheel well and the tire does not stick out as much, making a narrower footprint.

I looked at them today and i think they may only be 7" wide, the sidewalls on the tires to stick out quite a bite. and i have more pictures that i will post in a lil bit, or at least try to lol (im horrible with computers)

Not bad at all. Mine came with a 3" body lift. It'll stay that way.

Had to work on it/clean it quite a bit today and snap some pics. Just acquired it and I'm loving it so far. You can see it in the Members Photos section.

ok i will check it out, im considering adding the 3 inch body lift since i will be swapping bodies anyways but im not sure now after pricing 38" tall tires lol

cuz the one that is on it is going to cost me 9 grand to have fixed and painted. thats why i bought the 86 (the black and grey one) it only has two small dents and a lil rust up top. and it had the 454 i want. i paid $1500 for the 86 and it will save me lots of money
